Nichrome alloys for heating

Nichrome alloys for heating

Nichrome alloys have been traditionally used in the domestic and industrial heating operations. Major common heating elements are Nichrome A, Nichrome C, Nichrome D and NiCr 70/30.

The Nickel-Chrome heating alloys have been in use since above a decade. They attain exceptional electric coefficient of resistivity to produce large amount of heat rapidly. The common standard forms of Nichrome produced by Heanjia Super-Metals are heating wire, coil, strip, rods and mesh. The heating elements are extensively used in the cold countries in domestic scale and industrial applications around the world.

Nichrome produces an oxide layer when heated for the first time. This security layer is extremely adherent that it provides supreme oxidation resistance to the base metal at the high temperature limits.
